Saba Gate is a marketplace platform that connects independent vendors with customers. Vendors are independent businesses, not Saba Gate employees or agents — each vendor is responsible for the products they list, their accuracy, quality, and fulfillment.
Saba Gate facilitates discovery, ordering, and payment coordination between customers and vendors, and provides customer support for issues arising from that process.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information (name, and at least one working contact method) when registering or checking out.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform (including automated abuse of forms, reviews, or checkout).
When you place an order, you're entering into a transaction with the vendor for that item. Order status, delivery timing, and fulfillment are managed by the vendor; Saba Gate does not guarantee delivery times beyond what a vendor states.
Vendors set their own prices, offers, and coupon terms within the platform's rules. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with that vendor or product.
Don't use the platform to post false, abusive, or infringing content; attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls; scrape the platform at scale; or impersonate another person or business.
Saba Gate provides the platform "as is." We're not liable for the acts, omissions, or product quality of independent vendors, though we do investigate and mediate disputes reported through customer support.
To the extent permitted by law, Saba Gate's liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be dated above and, where required, notified directly.
